By proceeding with payment and accessing the Hardskills learning platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. This User Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Hardskills Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN No 201540953C) and having its registered address at 4 Battery Road, #25-01, Bank of China building, Singapore 049908 ("Hardskills").
1. Overview
Hardskills provides online training programs for global business, professional, management, and leadership skills.. This User Agreement governs your use of our platform and services.
2. Account Registration and Access
- You are required to register an account using a valid email address. Upon registration, you will receive an activation link granting access to the platform on the cohort start date you selected.
- Access to the course is granted only to the registered individual. Account sharing or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
3. Course Access and Completion
- Course access is granted on a one-time purchase basis.
- All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds.
- Certificates of completion will be issued only to users who complete the course by the deadline based on their selected cohort start date.
4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
- You agree that information not generally known to the public, which you may access through the platform, is confidential and belongs to Hardskills.
- You will not disclose, copy, distribute, or share your login credentials or any part of the course content.
- All confidentiality and intellectual property obligations outlined in this Agreement remain in effect forever and survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
5. Data and Privacy
- We collect personal information such as your name, email, university, role, company, and phone number. We may also collect your course progress and responses to open-ended questions.
- You may receive emails from us regarding platform updates, new courses, or promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- You agree not to engage in behavior that compromises the integrity, confidentiality, or performance of the platform.
- Any violation, including sharing content or login credentials, may result in immediate termination of access, and you will be notified accordingly.
7. Termination
- Hardskills reserves the right to terminate your account immediately upon any breach of this agreement.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- All Intellectual Property Rights in and to all Hardskills Confidential Information—in particular the Course Content, videos, role plays, scripts, documents, images, sound, text, graphics, briefings, and structure of the course—shall remain vested in Hardskills or its associated companies. You shall not acquire any right, title, or interest in any such Intellectual Property Rights. For the avoidance of doubt, the Hardskills Confidential Information, and in particular the Course Content, shall only be used for the purposes for which it was disclosed under this Agreement.
- Any breach of the confidentiality or intellectual property provisions in this Agreement may result in immediate termination of access and may also lead to legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctive relief, and other remedies available under law.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By making a payment and accessing the Hardskills platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this User Agreement, including the confidentiality and intellectual property clauses outlined above.
